The Ashludie Course is a short challenging course that was originally laid out by James Braid. Its entertaining design rewards accuracy rather than length offering a deeply enjoyable round of golf that will encompass an array of shots you may not typically encounter.Short in stature, the Ashludie can be quite challenging. The holes to watch out for are the 13th playing to a plateaued green and the 15th; a dog-leg par four where good positioning off the tee is crucial. Satisfying enough on its own, when combined with the nearby Medal golf course, Monifieth Ashludie makes an excellent destination for a short golfing break.
